The representants of IMEC (Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre), the international research&development organization active in the fields of nanoelectronics and digital technology ,visited the Center for Surface Science and Nanotechnology(CSSNT) on November 18, 2022.

The field of activities and research topics of the research center were presented, and the concrete needs that would allow the promotion of research and development activities in Romania were discussed.

In the second part of the meeting, the minister visited all the 13 research laboratories equipped with latest equipment within the CSSNT.
