•        Dual lasers capability
•        4 targets PLD carousel
•        2 targets MAPLE (Maintained at Liquid Nitrogen Temperature)
•        TMP for High Vacuum 10-7 Torr
•        Stage heated up to 800 DC
•        Liquid Nitrogen tank for fast frozen of the targets
